I have found that all of my Auctions this financial year have SOLD under the hammer at Auction. Low sales volumes give little choice for buyers and give vendors a better opportunity to obtain a higher price. Sales volumes in August and September were also small, the next few months I would expect sales volumes to increase as this is a time when normally more property comes onto the market. Our Auction at 3/4 Ngaio Street, Takapuna SOLD at auction with a pre-auction offer for $878,000, this was an excellent price for a two bedroom unit.
